i decided that i dont want to eat meat anymore… so i didnt eat meat for almost a month. however, my friend told me that there is vitamins that my body will lost because there are only in meat ….

Any diet, vegetarian or not, can be deficient. Meat has no vitamins–it has fat and protein.

Eating balanced meals as recommended in the Harvard Eating Pyramid and exercising at your target heart rate is the best way to keep fit. Meat is only a small part of the pyramid and can easily be removed and other foods substituted.
