Question by M*sery: I recently went on a raw food diet for health reasons, and not sure I’m getting enough Calcium now?
I had to cut out all processed and prepackaged food. I had to cut out all sugar, salt, and artificial colors flavors ect… I have been wanting to buy some organic original flavored almond or rice milk for Calcium. I am wondering if it is considered a prepackaged food? Sometimes I see a few extra ingredients besides almonds and I need to avoid all bad ingredients for health reasons. I need to eat as CLEAN as possible. I also am afraid of taking a supplement cause of the fillers in them. I heard carrots, broccoli and nuts, but how much do i eat of this stuff everyday? Or is the almond milk safe?

U get alot of vitamin D from the sun believe it or not and u can also take vitamins
