Question by D: Getting adequate nutrients as a lacto-vegetarian?
I consume non-fat milk and cereal daily for breakfast
but from the links
it seems powdered milk is added to non-fat milk which is oxidized cholesterol.

Also, the way cereals are processed at high temperature reduces nutrients.

What should a lacto-vegetarian like me do?

1. Is switching to organic milk better or their milk might be produced the same way like
non-organic milk except that it may not have pesticides/antibiotics.

2. How about organic cereal? Is that produced in a different way?

switching to organic is better because the ingredients are more natural than non-organic food products
